Meaty times return to Queens February 25! Charcuterie Masters 2017 is the first ever competition of its kind bringing together more than a dozen professional and amateur makers of artisanal charcuterie, including Nduja Artisans, Caseiro E Bom, The Meat Market, Heather Ridge Farm and Queens’ very own Ridgewood European Pork Store.
Guests will be able to sample exquisite cured meats and salumi—includings hams, bacons, pates, and sausages—from charcutiers, including Caseiro E Bom and The Meat Market, as well as dishes from top New York City chefs.
